At APM Monaco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that personalized pieces and earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization standards.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your APM Monaco account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely place your jewelry in its original pouch and box, ensuring the warranty card is included and the package is sealed properly for transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and retain your receipt to track the status of your return until it reaches our boutique.
